Lublin, Poland
We visited the city's smaller cemetery and saw the graves on the Maharal and the Chozeh. We also learned about Chassidism and the swiftness with which it grew as a movement.
Next we went to the Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin. This yeshiva had a very short lifespan because it was established only a few years before the war broke out. It set the model for modern yeshivot and midrashot. We all learned with a chavruta in te beit Midrash and then sang songs together. It's a happy memory.
